This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through Sinners Select are processed and delivered.

By placing an order with Sinners Select, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding:

  • Weekends
  • Federal holidays
  • Carrier service interruptions

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Sinners Select uses trusted third-party carriers for order delivery, which may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most reliable delivery option available for your order.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping speed
  • Carrier pricing

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

4. Shipping Time Estimates

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Sinners Select is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend customers ship to secure locations when possible.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. 

10. Order Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
