Due to the limited nature of our products and inventory control, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if inventory is available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sinners Select is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses, sizes, and product selections are correct at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.
